Sire is Rubin, Dam in Blue they are all able to be registered with ADCA but as steers we did not see the need.
All Cattle are grass fed and finished hormone free and closed herd. Dexter meat is low in fat and has a nice sweet meat taste.

Steer brought to slaughter at full weight $3000 inc transport to butcher and processing fees - comes out to about $5-7 /lb of beef, you can keep bones for dogs etc. Pick up is required can arrange to meet in a town within 2 hours of Westcliffe (delivery fee may apply)
½ Steer $1800. Bones ½ if desired.
Hide $500 tanned for preservation with hair on minimal softening and sanding so you can have full range of use.
